Nayayamot na sa pagkainip ang maraming mag-aaral ng Altenative Learning System (ALS) noong 2016 dahil sa hanggang sa ngayon ay wala pa ring inilalabas na abiso ang Department of Education (DepEd) hinggil sa bagong schedule ng pagsusulit sa ALS A& E na kanilang ipinagpaliban noong Enero 2017. Ito ay sa kadahilang tila mapupurnada pa ang ambisyon ng mga estudyante ng ALS na pumasok sa Senior High School ngayong taong ito lalo pa at sa Hunyo 5, 2017 na ang pasukan. Tila nakalimutan na ng Kalihim ng DepEd at ng mga namumuno ng Bureau of Alternative Learning System o BALS ang kanilang obligasyon at tungkulin. Ano nga naman ang mangyayari sa kanila ngayong taong ito? Halos limot na nila ang mga pinag-aralan. Maghihintay pa ba sila ng isang taon para makapasok ng Year 11?
